Belonging, our connection to others and our longevity

I found this scientifically researched talk so INCREDIBLY helpful to refocus my actions on what is really important to me in life and how to best age well. I was surprised that, yes, diet and exercise play a role in the top 10 things that contribute to longevity, but not nearly as much as the top 2 factors relating to social connections and belonging.

I hope it inspires you to realize you’re on the right path with what you’re doing, or if you’re like me, to makes some changes that shift your trajectory.
